The piese 12 set includes the folllowing: small, medium and large sets of stainless steel bowl and strainer plus their lids; glass salad bowl; and, salad spinner with its lid. Not only can the bowls and strainers be used in a variety of ways for food preparation, they can also be used to drain just-washed vegetables. Once preparations are done, the glass bowl can be taken directly to the dining table for serving.

The included plastic lids, one large and one small, and the third stainless steel lid, can be used for temporary storage of the prepared food in the refrigerator. Or, the stainless steel lid can easily double as a tray.
